file to appear in the user's home folder while (? evince-thumbnailer)

I'm getting this problem on Edgy, running pure GNOME. Adding "fsset ext3
notify" to the bottom of /etc/gamin/gaminrc also fixed it for me.

After some more playing around, I discovered that the timeout value
of 0 in gpilotd-control-applet was causing gpilot to hang at the end
of the sync. I changed that timeout to 4 seconds and now gpilotd
can perform multiple syncs without having to be killed and restarted.

Glad that the kernel update appears to solve this issue, and that
setting a non-zero timeout appears to solve the problem with the ttyUSB
devices hanging around after a sync completes. I'm pretty sure this
latter issue has been solved in gnome-pilot CVS, and the timeout=0 trick

It seems like gdm can lose some settings when it's been upgraded to a new
version. In particular, I had gdm set up to login automatically as a certain
user. The system was upgraded to Dapper from Breezy, and when it was rebooted,

I am not sure why this has been categorize low priority. I added some
more information to the upstream bug. I really think this is an
important usability issue, as more people use DVD-R/W drives and this
seems to imply Ubuntu is incable of rightly identifying this "simple"

When adjusting the clock one hour forward.. i found it odd that the
screensaver immediately kicked in when clicking ok. When it happened a
second time i realised that the screensaver must be using the system-
time to determine idle-time.

I think this should be fixed in 2.15.5. I remember this issue from a
while back and I *think* I fixed it :-)
Anyway, I can't reproduce it here in 2.15.5. Please ping again when

Alendit: About the About... I suspect you see this in entry mode only,
