Bug#214524: xlibs: UTF-8 locale not useable

I think this bug has reared its head since pre1v1 for real. There are a lot of KDE users using 4.3 debs that can't use deadkeys or see accented characters (they show as ?'s). I am going to try rebuilding pre1v1 which I had previously to see if xfree86 itself is at fault. Chris signature.asc Desc
