Since the last update of xserver-xorg (5. sep 2010), I get "frequent" lockups
and "bad" X behaviour:
* When "waking up" from suspend-to-ram, "sometimes" the screen stays black. VT

"synaptics" is _not_ loaded by default in "xorg.conf-less" and "generated
xorg.conf" situations. The simple add of a section as the one described in
#10
that the generated noise will rise
interest for a patch I can't produce myself...).

Hi,
I deleted my xorg.conf to see how good the new autodetection software
works: like a charm, except one thing: the touchpad has no scrolling
enabled.
I think that the scrolling has to be enabled per defau
I confirm exactly the same behavior.
To activate plugins on start, use this command-line:
compiz --replace decoration cube (..)
You can find the list plugins (and thus their names) under /usr/share/compiz
