I confirm the issue still exists for
xserver-xorg-video-intel/2:2.13.0-5 for at least one Intel-based
system (32-bit 945GME) but also does not exist for another Intel-based
system (64-bit g33). Both systems had the same monitor (ASUS VH198T).
