The plan (discussed on IRC only for now) is: * Ship that css in xorg-docs-core. * Copy the css from xorg-sgml-doctools into xorg-docs-core during the latter's build. * Tweak the advertised css path advertised by the m4 macro to point to the path within xorg-sgml-doctools.
