when the user run svn update), or if it really need to be checked in teh

/international//translator.db.pl, but you seem to want it to

up daily, weekly, and monthly cronjobs with -n1,

Hmm, curious. Are you only seeing these problems in the mails that are
sent, or also when check_trans.pl is run

ISO-8859-2 line, that was used instead of the uncommented UTF-8
line.
