The debian bug reports are republished in several other places.
It seems unlikely that mangling the email address would make
a significant difference. Possibly because of that, no-one has
implemented address manging, as far as I can tell. The software
is called debbugs and there is a debian package

I noticed that my email address was being listed un-obfuscated on a bug
report:

I wonder if there is a reason not to mangle the email address a little
to avoid auto-scan spam bots collecting email addresses?
