Hibernation issue with 4.19.0-4-amd64 on Debian testing

Otherwise, if I just let it return from hibernation without any intervention, even though the system is using the 4.19.0-2-amd64 kernel, it does not hibernate when I try to put it into this state and I have to do a hard reboot.
