I've installed Debian 4.0r1 and now I want 3D support for my Nvidia
graphics card.
I'm following instructions as can be found on
http://wiki.debian.org/NvidiaGraphicsDrivers
I can install the nvidia-kernel-sources, but not the nvidia-glx package.
The error given is:
The following packages
://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/ unstable contrib non-free
deb-src ftp://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/ unstable contrib non-free
I added the last two lines myself to obtain the nvidia-kernel-sources
(with success)

Can anyone recommend some sites with good reviews of hardware for
Linux? I'm looking for something like www.computers.com , except
that they'd recommend the best graphics cards, monitors, etc. for
Linux instead of for Windows.

t the best hardware for Linux just like CNet's Computers.com attempts to
seek out the best hardware for Windows. I'd rather not have to sign up to a
mailing list for each type of hardware just to find out what my best buying
options are. Of course it's very possible that I'm just dre
er.
I'm sure someone reviewing Linux hardware would be much less superficial
than people like CNet's reviewers who do Windows hardware.

Hello,
I'm having trouble finding some action/adventure games for
Linux that don't require an OpenGL-able graphics card where
I could play against at least one other person online. Can
anyone recommend any?
