Yet another problem with libc5.4.7-- but only if we back out to the previous stable version. Specifically; the latest cpp and gcc packages [the ones on which I based my objc-compatible gcc/cpp packages] REQUIRE libc5.4.7. So, backing out on 5.4.7 will likely require backing out to gcc 2.7
