I don't know much but have been following the libav9 transition. For
the openscenegraph talk shouldn't there have been the mail CC'ing the
maintainer as well. At the very least, this discussion needed to be
shared with him and I have cc'ed him in this mail.

libcitygml, choreonoid, ossim, simgear (sid only), flightgear (sid only)
_probably_ just need a rebuild (the libcitygml and choreonoid build
failures should go away when non-rc1
