After a bit of reworking I managed to redo the clisp package. This
package should fix quite a number of bugs, however it does require a new
libsigsegv and splits the package into multiple sub packages (as
requested by upstream).

Bacula 5.0.2-2 was uploaded to unstable 11 days ago. It fixes an
upgrade-blocking bug #591293 by commenting out one line in a database
upgrade script. That is the only change from the version in testing.
