The changelog mentions + - Use Breaks instead of Conflicts as recommended by the new policy. + - Drop old Conflicts against kdesdk-misc which is no longer necessary. but the debdiff also contains this, where the Conflicts is dropped entirely: -Conflicts: libsvnqt4-dev -Replaces: libsvnqt4-dev Was that intentional?
