decided that it is time to do some tweaking on the mach kernel running an
8100.
can anyone tell me how compiling a "mach kernel" is different than a
standard "vmlinux" binary?

ULT CATCH" error.
I've scoured the net looking for someone who has solved this problem,
but have been unable to find anything.
If anyone has any ideas at all, I would love to hear them.

getting debian 3.0 up and running on the 7100/ 8100 series is not as bad as
it sounds. i have done it over 5 times here -- so please contact me off list
and i can walk anyone who is interested through it.
