Hello!
The 3d acceleration don't work, how do I activate it?
I assume I haveto edit /etc/X11/XF86config-4.
And do I need a different kernel? I'm using the default kernel (2.6.8).
I'm using Debian Sarge "testing".

Hi!
Do anyone know if the Debian(3.0) cds are bootable,
or do I need to create a bootdisk first using rawrite?
(This question aims at the intel version and the ppc version).

Do any of these exist in Debian3.0?

Hi!
I have been trying a lot to get the mouse working under X, but with no luck.
GPM is configured to use the mouse, so I know which device it would be
configured as.
I have also been experiencing problems with X(Xfree86 3.3.6). After
installing a program called: *app.login*(nextstep look) it did

Hi!
I found some cd-images at:
ftp://ftp.fsn.hu/pub/CDROM-Images/debian-unofficial/
After I have burned the potato-powerpc-x.raw files to different cd:s,
how do I proceed with the install? I haven't downloaded these files yet,
just wanted to know how it works. Is there any docs on this?

I have had some trouble mounting my cd-rom, I've tried with:
mount -t iso9660 dev/hdb1 mnt/cdrom
which gives me the output:
mount: dev/hdb1 has wrong major or minor number
What's wrong?

Earlier I sent some debug information. Will there be a new APUS kernel

Do you need some more information about my hardware or something?

Hi!
What do you think about Storm Linux 2000? I've been reading a little about
it, and according to them, it's more easy to install than Debian although
it's been built on Debian. Is Storm Linux 2000 a threat to Debian or is it
a good thing that Debian is the source for new Linux distributions?

The graphics cards you buy today for Amiga has very high prices compared to
those which exist for pc:s. If I connect a PCI-graphic card at my PCI port
on the Amiga, can I use this graphic card with Linux? As I have understood
it, the Linux kernel includes hardware support for many graphics car
