I recently installed Debian on my powerbook G4 12'.
As expected the Airport extreme
wireless card does not work and I bought a D-link DWL-122 usb wireless card.

Can't help with the Debian promoting part, but macdesktops.com has lots
off good looking images freely available, and they offer them sized for
widescreen machines.

to share it with my Powerbook G4, under Mac OS 10.2.8. (Soon under Sarge...
but many files to save before...).
The two computers are on a local network (routeur) the G3 is 192.168.1.10,
the PB G4 is 192.168.1.11

As far as I can remember 'this bug' happens only in 'showkey' of the
package of console-tools.
So I replaced temporarly the package 'console-tools' with the package 'kbd'.
'showkey -k' of the 'kbd' worked as I expected (manpage).

Thanks a lot for the patch. I changed it slightly so it doesn't break
with earlier kernel versions, and built and uploaded a fixed revision
0.9.70-9.
