You can specify whole disk partitions or disk images as MOL block
devices and use them from both Linux and MOL at the same time.
However, MOL will access them read-only, and rightly so, because two
operating systems writing on the same filesystem is generally not a
good idea.

Therefore, the best thing is to get networking going between the Linux
side and the Mac OS side, and then use some kind of networking
filesystem.  Personally, I've tried NFS and Netatalk with good
results, but normally I don't bother and just copy stuff using ssh.
