Try "unzip -La filename.zip". That can often change the case from upper to
lower. :-) It also automatically detects text file and change the DOS
CR/LF to Unix/Linux's LF (??). Have to watch to make sure unzip is not too
overzealous in doing that though!

The two main comments were "Could you work on the patch to use the lib if
the lib is found. This would require debian to provide a lz4.pc (and give
it to upst
going to wrap etc.
and move it elsewhere
also - debian policies are not ours
