Thanks for notifying me Eriberto, i'd removed it as i was about to upload last night and then noticed another issue.
I'm going to look into it again later on today or tommorow, please feel free to check i've done everything else correctly. The current issue now revolves around the postrm and postinst files, which is because as we agreed i tried to remove them to not bother with the extra nonfree data. As before please check all the other issues you raised previously are sorted and hopefully by tommorow i'll have a working package. Please note I have not at this point changed the rules file, and after looking at the current one i think i'd like to reupload this without changing it first. Many Thanks Anthony
