There is just license in the "main" source file.
Is it fine?
Or should I edit these files and add missing licenses (copy & paste
from "main" file)?

There are two files in debian/ mylib.install and mylib-dev.install
mylib.install looks like from template:

mylib-dev.install looks like from temp
