thanks to all for your suggestions.
In the version I just duploaded:
- tarball contains svn version
- debian/copyright is in DEP-5 format
- source package format is "3.0 (quilt)" (the only lintian error)
- PNGs didn't change. I'm trying to contact the icons creator asking him
