I've seen build problems on
<https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=taxbird&suite=sid>
The build problem could be fixed by adding autotools-dev to the build
dependencies.
What should I do next? Just wait for a bug report?
Upload taxbird 0.16-0.2 with a fix
rd to DELAYED/7.

In the latest uploads to debian-mentors, I also added the (Closes: #)
tags to the changelog, which is not reflected in the NMU-diffs attached
to the bugs.

But although he provided packages on his homepage and promised to upload
them to the repositories, this didn't happen.
So, in order to fix bugs 577760 and 619734 for taxbird, I uploaded
libgeier and taxbird to debian-mentors.

So I am retracting this package and will instead ask for sponsors for

Maybe I just get the package out like this for the first time and wait
for complaints and suggestions for future versions, and leave it
to the admin to take care of this special situation?
Or ist there a good default place for the data, somewhere in /var/*
maybe?
Thanks,
