switch to scp a while ago, otherwise package upload was not
allowed. Put a
method => "scpb"
entry in your $cfg{master} in dupload.conf. That ought to take care of
it. Before that, you might try ssh'ing to master.debian.org to verify
that your password does work.

hand-install a man-page. Look at the diff file above. It should be
obvious as to the changes he made (also look at his changelog
entries), and why you had a reject on the diff for the manpage.

there a way to "dry-run" dpkg for installation problems? Or is the
only option to actually upgrade my machine to potato to try to see if
