Hello Tobias,
the renaming is because the upstream changed the name from zipios++ to
zipios when they went from version 1 to version 2 [1].
In addition, there is some API changes with the version 2. This is
minor breaks but still break. So I also changed the name of the
generated binary packages:

Hi Ben,
Please consider uploading the packages you'd like to be sponsored to
mentors.debian.net; some sponsors (like me) do not sponsor from git repos.
Also a nice .dsc ensures that we the right stuff is uploaded in the end.
