One of my packages (sqlite) refuses to build on ARM; 'make' fails on
the doc target, while invoking tclsh:
tclsh ./www/index.tcl `cat ./VERSION` >index.html
make[1]: *** [index.html] Error 139
make[1]: Leaving directory `/build/buildd/sqlite-2.2.1'
make: *** [build-stamp] Error 2

bugs are because a specific library is in unstable, but not in testing.
Now shouldn't packages automatically go to testing after 2 weeks if
there exist no critical bugs against it?
