kmerresistance : error in installed binary

Hello team, I tried adding autopkgtest for kmerresistance[1] but I'm getting an error when using the installed binary. I'm not able to run the binary with example data[2] from the package installed via apt But I'm able to run the command as expected if I built the binary from source I've
