Hello team,I tried adding autopkgtest for kmerresistance[1] but I'm getting an error when using the installed binary.
I'm not able to run the binary with example data[2] from the package installed via apt
But I'm able to run the command as expected if I built the binary from source
I've attached the two cases in the paste.d.n link[3].I guess this has something to do with the buildflags that are passed[4] during build but I have no idea what is causing this behaviour. Can anyone look into this and suggest a fix ?
