Go figure. I just look through the package list, and behold. There is xserver 3, plus the svga xserver. I installed them, and it works fine. I have a nice 8 bit color Gnome screen right now. Now that I have it working, I need to refine it quite a bit. Thanks for all the help again. -- Bri

Ok, I just went ahead and installed the base system. It's been rebooted, and is now just sitting there. I went through the base setup just to get the system semi-working, but that's it. Now I'm looking at rebuilding the kernel or the route command. Problem 1) I've looked for the kernel source
