I have just finished my Dell Inspiron 4000 Debian install, with custom 2.6.4
kernel (+laptopmode patch).
If anyone wants kernel configs or deb packages, please let me know.
It has the ATI Rage 128 Video chipset. I do not know what chipset is in your
box.
