menu button. I figured I would right click on the app button and get rid
of it. I zapped the whole kde K button. Can I get it back??? It did not

Is there a known/recommended way to use
multiple MUA's, where kmail is the primary agent? I have kmail set up to use
maildir, but as you say, other agents corrupt/invalidate the indexes.
Is it a matter of deleting the index before running kmail and compressing the
folders whewn closing kmai
just a matter of being patient, or helping the developers decide
how the gcc3.2 transition is going to happen, so that it can happen and kde3
can go in.

Do you have package librpm4 installed? This package contains the missing file
- - I seem to remember some issue with the new kpackage being compiled
requiring librpm, but not depending on librpm4, or something like that.
