It's not so simple as just symlinking the Mail folder since you'd also have to do the same with ~/.kde/share/apps/kmail and ~/.kde/share/config/kmailrc and set the permissions. If you just share Mail, then KMail will redownload the messages whenever the other person checks for mail since the setti
