Problem solved by upgrading to kernel 2.6.29 (I was using latest 2.6.26)
However, I don't understand what package could have created the problems. I

Only apps using akonadi are kabc and korganiser, data is migrated
automaticaly on first start (keeping the old format as a backup).
As for me kdepim4.2 is ok.

For user of KDE 1.x, it works also very well. Just compile it! (I can send a
deb-src of the latest version if someone need it)

For example, 4.1 lack power management. Powerdevil is part of 4.2 but the
author maintain a port for 4.1 in playground (and someone has done a Debian
package, see the comments on http://kde-

As a conclusion, you should wait KDE 4.2 to use kdevelop4, or if you really
want, checkout /trunk/KDE/kdevplatform and /trunk/KDE/kdevelop from the KDE
SVN and roll back revisions until one compiles. Sorry, I deleted my build
directories, so I can't tell which exactly.
