What has happened to ftp.kde.org? I noticed it has been down for the last
couple of days. It is a main source in my Knoppix distribution.

You can get the Blackdown J2SE 1.4 at a Blackdown mirror

I'm not sure each one carries the debian packages, but they do exist. I

What are the two versions in question?

Hi
My best wished to everybody for a Happy New Year!
I managed to to build almost all 3.0.5a-KDE packages for PowerPC (based on the
sources provided at

For each package I proceeded like this (using a home grown Ruby script):

Hi,
sorry but I can't tell. I've upgraded from KDE 3.0.4 on a mixed Woody/Sid
system with little flaws, i.e. some package dependencies had to be resolved
by hand. I'm quite sure this could have been simplified had I properly
configured apt (pinning etc.).
I'd just give it a try, but would wait

Hi,
I'm deeply impressed by the speed increase I'm experiencing with the new
Konqueror from Ralf's 3.0.99+cvs... debs. Even complex sites are displayed
almost instantly. Wow!!! Startup seems to go faster, too.
Thanks to the KDE people!
Special thanks to Ralf for giving this to us Debian users!!

Hi!
I'm using the packages from download.kde.org, with kdelibs recompiled
by myself (with ipv6 = auto). After upgrading to 3.0.5a, I think,
Klipper began to behave very strangely when executing "action"
commands (e.g. if I mark an URL with my mouse): Instead of
interpreting "konqueror %s" as "konq
