KMail can handle mailing list since KDE2.2. You can easyly adding a filter to put all mailing list mails to a its own folder (right-click on a mailing list message and see the filter options there), have that folder setup for the account, you use with the mailing list and also the mailing list posting address. O.k., no icon (since KDE3, you can add one manually by editing the button bar!) but the 'L' key is the same like mutt (?)
