know if you think some other important requirements should be put

Often, even when comments are not properly formatted, doc generation
tools can generate useful documents which complements .h files or
similar stuff in other languages.

"edos-builddebcheck" command line tool which is able to check for
unsatisfiable *build*-dependencies.
The implementation is kind of hackish (it is based on plain
edos-debcheck, plus some package name mangling from Sources to

It should work at least in case you are using only the makefile.mk
