cleanest solution in my eyes is to reorganize zstream.hh and
friends, adding an abstract base class so that zstream objects and
instances of the to-be-written bzstream classes can be used
interchangeably. The resulting C++ might be a bit too hairy for your taste.

It has been suggested (bug 171297) that the jigdo client should be uploaded
to the "tools" directory of the FTP server, so all Debian package mirrors

whenever the s390 installation asks you to swap CDs, you only need to mount
the correct CD on your package server to continue.
