How do you know that webmin 1.50 only exists on gluck? At a guess you entered the failed wget URL into your browser to check? In that case it is very likely that your proxy settings for jigdo-lite are not correct - see <http://www.debian.org/CD/jigdo-cd/#faq> on how to set them.
