Thanks for reporting this issue.
I am not quite sure how to deal with this bug.
Maybe we should do nothing: Debian ships moodle only in
squeeze/oldoldstable and in sid/unstable. Moodle is Unsupported in squeeze-lts,
see e.g. https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/CVE-2015-5342. See
