the diff is ~90 lines of code change (see below), with about half of
these (all of cache.c, some in sshfs.c, too) going into the caching fix
for a bug with potential file corruption and one part of the rest fixing
a protocol.

The logic expressed in the #gnucash discussion is bogus. Errors like

Hi,
according to #495663, roxen4 includes binaries without source (and other
not built from source).
Given that neither it nor its (absolute, i.e. fully broken when roxen4
would be removed) reverse dependencies (libroxen-form libroxen-xmlutils)
have been in the last stable release or are terribly

Hi;
We (pkg-perl) are just putting the finishing touches on upstream 0.14,
which we believe fixes your bug. In particular, I ran the following
script
#!/usr/bin/perl -w
use strict;
use Linux::LVM;
use Data::Dumper;
# get the existing volume groups
foreach my $vg (get_volume_group_list()) {

The fix is to replace "&proc_root" with "NULL". During the call
to remove_proc_entry(), xlate_proc_name() will map NULL back to
proc_root again. (patch attached)
However, the userland component is unusable, as described in

Hi,
I'm wondering if this is the right fix :
-Build-Depends: debhelper (>> 4), libgts-dev (>> 0.7.3), libglib2.0-dev,
autotools-dev
+Build-Depends: debhelper (>> 4), libgts-dev (>> 0.7.3), libglib2.0-dev,
autotools-dev, libgts-bin
Shouldn't rather libgts-dev be fixed to include the gts-config b
Hi Joop!
You probably wanted to use:
TMPFILE=`mktemp -t`
instead of
TMPFILE = 'mktemp -t'
in your patch for #496383, right?

I'm lowering the severity of this bug. iperf uses all idle CPU to
measure the bandwidth in UDP mode, but it does not mean that is not
usable at all. It is a known issue that is being fixed by iperf
authors.
