The upstream version should have all the fixes in Debian's 1.3.5-15
package. However, upstream doesn't have functionality improvements

OK, I think I know what is happening. It's something that really
shouldn't happen.
The problem is simply in blam, so from now on you can just use
--trace=program instead of the one you just used.
I get timeouts whilst trying to download the file.

does NOT contain the new upstream tar-ball. As on request in #397636 i
used version 2.0.730 of upstream's tar-ball.
This upload goes to experimental, so we still have all possibilities

I think the best solution right now is depending on all cmdline clients
supported by the package, until a best solution is adopted. I will
