speexcodec.h because of upstream changes starting at version 14, I think (in

I do not understand why the buildds didn't fail. From the build
logs they do seem to be using the same version of swig.

Both my ppc testing as well as my amd64 unstable box do not have
mpg321 with the setuid bit set. Since this is also not present on
