Hi,
apparently the Debian libedit has a different internal processing than
the one shipping with asterisk. Compiling with the internal one makes
the command history work nicely with whitespaces again. The fix is now
in SVN and should be in the next upload.

I've heard that CDR generation on MySQL shall be much more problematic
compared to pgsql, but i'll check what it takes to make it compiled in.
Shouldn't be that much i guess.

Hi,
I see this was uploaded to Debian mentors. Have they found it ok? Are
there any plans to finally make this an official deb?
If there's an open TODO list, what needs to be done and who of you is
going to make this happen?
Thanks for the feedback.

Hi Simon,
I've just seen your ITP is already some time old. For i have just today
been approached by the upstream of spandsp to do the deb for YATE, I had
put a new copy together myself already. Yet as I now see your wnpp bug,
I'd like to crosscheck with mine and add the asterisk-fax to the one

Hi Rafael,

You might want to read the NEWS.Debian or README.Debian. The H.323 in
chan_h323 was for long time reported as unusable or majorly broken. It
therefore was replaced by asterisk-oh323. Unfortunatelly this is still
