Unbelievable but true, a recent update of a single package in Etch (I cannot
recall which) appears to have fixed all problems.
I have commented out the ehci_hcd from my /etc/modules/blacklist file and here

Unfortunately, i can not remember which package update started this.

I need somebody who could do a binary NMU for libmikmod2. Since stable
includes the same version of the package, it should be fixed, too. But I
doubt stable kernel headers include the mentioned fix to #253568. So
what could be done on stable about this bug?
Thanks

3. The .so link is in the -dev package, which is, being not a
dependency, not guaranteed to be intalled. But don't depend on it;

That's it
Compiling Iceweasel with apt-get -b source iceweasel gives the same error,
so I doubt that this is caused by a broken
n that you're just closing this bug because you don't
want to deal with it. I got *no* reaction from you nor any question
asking how to reproduce the bug. I think you're making it yourself quite
easy in tagging this bug unreproducible.

difference.
I've got another PPC box which I refused to upgrade after I discovered the
problems with iceweasel and which runs iceweasel 2.0-dfsg1 (iirc) just fine,
whereas my main PPC doesn't with 2.0.0-dfsg1.
Again, please forgive my prior mail. :)

my PowerBook G4, Iceweasel runs fine.
Hmmm, I'm somewhat reluctant to upgrade my other PPC and risk to have
another "broken" Iceweasel there as well...

Just d
ems to me that something has changed in the code between 2.0 and
2.0.0.1 that messes something up with the paths.
In my ~/.mozilla/firefox/profiles.ini the Path is pointing to ~/.firefox
instead of ~/.mozilla/firefox/. Maybe it's reproducible now?
