dhcp3-client provides dhclient which doesn't accept the -v parameter, this is
the problem.
I agree with you that a dhcp client must remain in suggests field so we have
two options:
- remove the -v parameter in ifupdown.nw,5132 and isc-dhcp-client +
dhcp3-client are happy,
