I have attempted to remove the usertags, change the title of the bug and

The kde bzip2s, as well as zvbi and 12 other bzip2 files in the debian
archive that it fails on, were produced with an old version of bzip2.
One file was not: nsis_2.46.orig.tar.bz2
Don't know what produced it yet.
Anyway, these bugs will be fixed in the next release.

I had a similar problem as well with 195.36.24. Applying this patch

Dear maintainer of linux-patch-grsecurity2,
On Monday, May 03, 2010 I sent you a notice announcing my intent to upload a
NMU of your package to fix its pending l10n issues, after an initial
notice sent on Wednesday, April 28, 2010.
You either agreed for this NMU or did not respond to my notices.
