Note that the policy was recently changed/clarified (see bug #367697),
and now it only calls for "plain text" documentation to be compressed.
I suggest that dh_compress should not compress anything that has an

Hi,
I've created a patch for this issue. The problem is that the
arch-specific builds on the buildd's do not have a dh_installdocs call.
This patch fixes that. Since I prepared it anyway, I uploaded to
DELAYED-4.
