The bug must be somewhere else. Nothing in GGZ has anything to do with obscure things like libtasn. I think it might be an indirect dependency of gnutls/openssl in which case the bug should be reassigned to them. I can install ggz-sdl-games 0.0.13-3 just fine, even when libtasn1-3 0.3.6-2 is installed.
