So maybe the best fix would be to change savelog (in debianutils.) to be
reentrant.
The alternative is to prevent popcon to run twice at the same time, which can be
done with systemd.

For example, my packages use TtH, GAPDoc, hevea, pod2html.

If there is a new ABI, then one should take the opportunity to remove
CFLAGS_i386 := -mpc64
