my mistake:
package "libisc-export1105" is built from bind9-libs 1:9.11.19+dfsg-2
and contains the library causing the error.
I downloaded the sources used by debian, applied the patch by hand and
built the pkg with dpkg-src - seems stable so far, errors are gone.

The linux-image-5.10.0-7 update fell in testing (bullseye) and it includes some
patches for amdgpu. I do many tasks with amdgpu (games, vaapi decoding, vaapi
encoding, gpu computations), I will report if any problem resurfaces.
