the following goes to the netinst CD and the first DVD of the distribution
mentioned above.
In the installer, the menu point „Choose software to install“ does not work as
expected.
I got a server with the three DVD images being loop mounted to
/var/www/apache2-default
1. The Debian installer does not know how to handle local CDROM or DVDROM
drives, it is only reduced to internet mirror handling, misses an
appropriate timeout if there is no mirror found
2. The netinst CD concept is simply unusable due to the buggy installer
the netinst CD image does not contain
